The Ultra Comfy has been designed to suit very sensitive mouthed horses. The shape follows the contour of the horses tongue, with a generous curve of the bit to follow the shape of the horses mouth. The centre joint has been double locked to ensure that the angle over the tongue remains correct, even when the reins have been taken up, retaining the individual lateral aids.
The Eggbutt Ring prevents pinching of the lips and gives a more solid feel against the side of the face. It prevents the bit being pulled through the mouth. The Bradoon cheekpiece is smaller than the standard cheekpiece.
All Bomber bits are made from blue sweet iron, because it oxidises easily, encourages salivation, helps bit acceptance and is warm and sweet. *Please note that due to the oxidisation the blue will fade with use.
