The Loose Ring allows for immediate release and relief from tongue and bar pressure. The bit is immediately reset to a neutral position in the horse's mouth.The Bradoon cheekpiece is smaller than the standard loose ring.
The Ported Barrel was created to relieve pressure on the tongue via the medium port, which creates space for the tongue. The Barrel joint relieves pressure on the bars by spreading it over a larger area and limiting the nut cracker action of a conventional snaffle. Best Suited for: Horse that travels behind the vertical and may also demonstrate signs of tongue pressure, great for turning as has independent side movement
All Bomber bits are made from blue sweet iron, because it oxidises easily, encourages salivation, helps bit acceptance and is warm and sweet. *Please note that due to the oxidisation the blue will fade with use.
